I inspect a home's roof, heating and cooling, foundation, framing, basements and crawlspaces, doors and windows, electrical systems, and much more. A home inspection can be done when buying a home or can be done when getting your home ready to sell so you can take care of issues beforehand or know what you may encounter when someone is buying your home.

NEW CONSTRUCTION
In a new construction inspection I will assist you in inspecting the home as progress develops in the construction process and provide you with a final inspection to ensure you are satisfied with your dream home.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
An annual maintenance inspection may clear up any concerns you have with your home or give you an idea of the current health your home is in. This inspection is just like the inspection you get before buying a home except it is done with no intention selling the home.
FOUR POINT INSPECTION
A Four Point Inspection focuses only on four main areas of interest in a. home: HVAC, electrical wiring and panels, plumbing connections and fixtures, and the roof.
